Perfect Weekdays Recipe- Fried Rice

Recipe for perfect fried rice

Ingredients

Boil jasmine rice separately 1 cup

4 table spoon of veg oil

1 Brown onion chopped

2 cups frozen veggies

1 tin of spicy spam cut in small cubes

100 gm chicken fillets cut in small pieces

3 table spoon of oyster sauce

3 table spoon of Soya sauce

Omelet made out of 2 eggs cut in to small pieces

Green onion for garnish

1 table spoon sesame oil for seasoning

Recipe:

Fry onion until golden brown , Fry all meat, add frozen vegetables and sauces cook for 5 minutes add rice and Omelet, mix well. Season with sesame oil and garnish with green onion , Enjoy!!
